I’m a certified personal trainer, mat and reformer Pilates instructor, HIIT instructor, and certified life coach, with CPDs in menopause, pelvic health, menstrual awareness, biomechanics, and fitness nutrition.
I built Studio Three with a goal of delivering a more considered approach to training - one that values structure, understanding, and long-term progress over intensity with no reason.
I understand that energy, time, and capacity aren’t constant. Training needs to adapt to you, wherever you are that week.
I work with clients at different stages of their journeys. Some are just starting out in the world of fitness and want to build confidence in a calm, supportive environment. Others are already consistent, but are looking for a more thoughtful, structured way to train, which actually gets the results they want.
I have extensive training in pre- and postnatal fitness, as well as lived experience, alongside addiitonal training in peri-menopausal and menopausal fitness. I love being alongside my clients during any times of change.
Sessions are focused and progressive, but never rigid. You’ll understand what you’re doing and why, and how your training fits into the rest of your life.
There’s no heavy pressure here. Just clear guidance, intelligent programming, and a steady, consistent approach that allows progress to build over time.
