Personal Training

The Studio Three approach to fitness coaching combines resistance training (using weights, bodyweight, and resistance bands), cardio, and Pilates reformer and mat-based control, led personally by me, Jordan.

I’ve had the privilege of training many clients over the years, and my fitness expertise includes:

  • pregnancy

  • postnatal recovery

  • cycle-aware exercise

  • peri/menopausal fitness

  • event / competition training

  • weight loss

  • recovering from injury

  • navigating stress or trauma

  • building strength post-menopause

  • learning to lift

  • creating a fitness mindset

I write a bespoke programme for every client. For some, a programme may consist purely of reformer 1:1s. For others, programmes may include HIIT training, strength sessions, or endurance work. I’ll always start with who you are outside of the gym, and where your body is in relation to the life you lead, and then I devise a programme that gets you to where you want to be.
